DETROIT, MI (WTVB) – Detroit Red Wings forward Justin Abdelkader is ready to finish the NHL regular season.
Abdelkader said the chance to resume play would be beneficial because there’s an opportunity to work on skills and get better both individually and as a team.
There have been reports that the NHL could restart the regular season and complete the playoffs this summer.
Detroit had a 17-49-and-5 record when games were suspended in March.
