DETROIT, MI (WTVB) – The National Hockey League is looking to move to what they call Phase Two of their plan to re-start the 2019-20 season.
The new phase would allow teams to reopen training facilities and permit small groups of players on the ice.
The change may not apply to the Red Wings as the NHL is looking to resume the season with 24 teams which would leave Detroit out.
