BRONSON, MI (WTVB) – Branch County’s Bronson Township was the scene of a motorcycle accident with injuries this morning when a 58-year old Burr Oak man told State Police he swerved to avoid a deer in the road and put the bike down on the pavement. The victim, who had a helmet on, suffered cuts and bruises and a shoulder injury in the crash on Douglas Road west of Bawden Road. He was taken to the Community Health Center of Branch County for treatment.
The man’s name was not released. The accident was reported to 9-1-1 around 6:10 a.m. Tuesday and remains under investigation.
