LANSING, MI (WTVB) – The Michigan Democratic Party has begun a “month of action,” targeting three apparently vulnerable Republican Congressmen in an effort to plant the seeds for taking their seats in 15 months’ time. Dan Benishek, Tim Walberg and Mike Bishop are allegedly “out of touch with the priorities of Michigan families and communities,” according to new state Democratic Party Chairman Brandon Dillon.
Entrenched Lakeshore GOP Congressmen Bill Huizenga and Fred Upton were not mentioned.
