COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The 4-H Queen and King of the 2015 Branch County Fair are Shelbey Smith and Noah Winans. They were presented last night in Coldwater at the crowning ceremonies at the fairgrounds in the Dearth Center where the opening day of the fair concluded. Smith is the daughter of Billie Joe Smith and John Smith II who live at Clark Lake. And Winans is the son of Lisa Crouch and David Winans of Tekonsha.
Today it’s Dollar Day at the fair with the reduced rates for the rides while tonight in the Amphitheater it’s the Street Legal Pickups and Semi Pulls.
The Republican Fair Booth Question of the Day Sunday was “Do you think the country is headed in the right direction?” The results were 6 Yes and 82 No. The question of the day today is “Should Congress approve the Iran nuclear deal?”
