COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Profanity laced graffiti has been sprayed painted on several Coldwater School District buildings and busses. Coldwater City Police say the vandalism was discovered Friday morning after 7 a.m. by school maintenance workers at Coldwater High School, where two buses and a shed outside the football field were painted with messages. The other graffiti was found at Legg Middle School on outside walls along the north and northeast sides of LMS.
According to police, four letter words were used and the buildings were labeled as prisons. It’s believed the crimes occurred sometime between 10 p.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. today.
Coldwater City Police are asking that anyone who may have noticed any suspicious activity in the area of the schools last night or have information about the incident to call the Police Department at 278-4525.
