COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – School kids across Branch County are having a short week of classes after snow days were called on Monday and Tuesday and next week, classes won’t begin until Tuesday, with the exception of Coldwater. Monday it’s the observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day and a day off for students in Quincy, where it’s records day as the first semester comes to an end.
Teachers in Bronson and Union City have a professional development day. For the Coldwater Community Schools, records day isn’t until Friday, January 29.
Martin Luther King, Jr. Day also means the Branch County Courthouse will be closed on Monday.
