COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day on Monday means the Branch County Courthouse will be closed. All state and federal offices are also closed and there’s no trading in the U.S. stock markets.
Coldwater Community Schools will be in session but there are no classes Monday for Quincy with the end of the first semester and a records day for teachers. And students in Bronson and Union City also won’t be going to school because teachers on Monday will be doing their own learning at professional development day seminars.
