COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Board of Education is expected to extend Superintendent Terry Boguth’s contract this evening. Boguth was given a one year contract last year, which expires on June 30, 2016, after Dr Tina Kerr left last August to take a job with the Michigan Association of School Administrators.
Boguth has also served as the district’s Chief Financial Officer. The hiring of a C.F.O. is also on the board agenda for tonight. Both actions are scheduled to take place following an executive session.
Boguth has been C.F.O. for Coldwater Schools since June of 2014 and was previously the Superintendent of the Coloma school system in Southwest Michigan for a dozen years beginning in 2002.
She also was Superintendent of the Inkster School district and had been the Coldwater school district’s business manager from 1996 to 1998.
