COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Michigan Gas Utilities contracted crews will be working on a high pressure transmission line on Western Avenue starting in the second week of May.
Nick Krzeminski from Michigan Gas told the Coldwater City Council on Monday night the work will be done in two phases.
Letters will be sent out to affected residents next week. Krzeminski said work will be done in the utility right of ways since they did not have to obtain private easements.
Krezminski said they plan to directional bore so a lot of yards will not be torn up. If driveways get torn up, the company will replace them.
It’s hoped the project will be wrapped up in September.
