BATTLE CREEK, MI (WTVB) – Coldwater’s boys golf team finished in a 3-way tie for 8th place, alongside Mattawan and Pontiac Notre Dame Prep, after the first day of the MHSAA Division 2 Lower Peninsula Boys Golf Finals at Battle Creek’s Bedford Valley Golf Course. The Cardinals had a team score of 314, while first-day leader St. Johns had a 298. Keagan Dwyer shot a 76 to lead the team, while Cam Ruge had a 77, Nate Waterbury 80, Nolan Duda 81, and Nick Galliers 86. The second and final round is today.
