QUINCY, MI (WTVB) – The Quincy Girls Soccer team celebrated their season with a banquet held Tuesday evening.
The Orioles finished 8-8-2 this season. Hannah Kaser was named Most Valuable Player.
Kaser and Cailyn Cook shared the offensive player of the year award while Emily Hagaman was the defensive player of the year. Napatsorn Jitprapai was named the Most Improved while the Ms. Hustle Award was shared by Ally Parrish and Mackenzie Pickell.

In girls softball, Coldwater’s Tina Scheidler has been named the Coach of the Year for the 2016 Battle Creek Enquirer All Area Softball Team.
The Cardinals went 28-6 this season and 12-2 in the Interstate 8 as they shared the conference title with Parma Western. They also won a district title and advanced to the regional finals.
Coldwater’s Payton Watson and Jamie Wellet along with Bronson’s Kelsey Robinson and Payton Robinson and Union City’s Skyler Herman were named to the All-Area team by the Enquirer.
