COLDWATER, MI (WTVB)- Further discussion by the Coldwater Downtown Development Authority on new ideas and incentives to attract businesses to the downtown area will have to wait for a few weeks. Wednesday’s scheduled board meeting was not held due to the lack of a quorum as several members were out of town. The meeting could rescheduled for as early as April 12, 2017.
Retired Alliance Foods Group Chair and C.E.O. Bob Harris made a presentation last month which he described as a road map for reinventing downtown Coldwater retailing once again.
Harris pointed out this was still a work in progress. As a tie in, business and building owner Andrea Pavlov presented a financial incentive proposal to the DDA board last month.
