COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Branch County Sheriff’s Office has announced they will again be offering boater safety courses.
The Coldwater Lake Association will be hosting classes at their association building on Warren Road on May 20, June 3, and June 24 from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. To register, call Don Beck from the Coldwater Lake Association at (419) 553-7251.
In addition, the Marble Chain of Lakes Improvement Association will be hosting boater safety classe May 13 and June 10 from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the Sunset Cove. To register, call Jim Strock at the Marble Chain of Lakes Improvement Association at (517) 639-5475.
You have to be at least 12 years old to register for the boater safety course and the lake associations will be providing free lunches on the day of the classes.
