COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Branch County Board of Commissioners accepted annual reports from the Circuit Court and the Probate/Juvenile Court Tuesday.
The Circuit Court report indicated that the number of criminal filings went down from 279 in 2015 to 226 in 2016. But the number of domestic cases went up from 299 in 2015 to 320 last year. The court also issued 221 personal protection orders last year compared to 209 in 2015.
