COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Coldwater Community Schools will have a half day of classes Thursday, which will be the last day of classes for the 2016-2017 school year.
Legg Middle School students will be dismissed at 10:40 a.m. Dismissal at Coldwater High School will be at 10:50am.
Lakeland Elementary students will be let out at 11:45 a.m. followed by Jefferson Elementary at 12:05 p.m. and Max Larsen Elementary at 12:15 p.m.
Summer vacation will be shorter this year, as the Coldwater, Bronson and Quincy school districts and the Branch Intermediate School Districy received waivers from the State of Michigan to start classes before Labor Day. The first day of classes in those districts will be Tuesday, August 22, 2017.
