COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Downtown Historic District Commission has approved a request from Antar Nasser to install an aluminum covered plastic sign at the former Kilgore International building.
Interim Planning Director Dean Walrack said the building which used to be a federal post office dates back to 1910.
He said the sign complies with all regulation regarding signage in the central business district.
The current owner has taken down the “Kilgore International” lettering.
The three by four foot wall sign is currently displayed in a window on the south side of the building.
