COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Area Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony next Wednesday, February 7, 2018, to celebrate the grand opening of the Apartments at Sauk Trail.
The new apartment complex is located northeast of the intersection of I-69 and U.S. 12.
The ribbon cutting and open house will take place from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
The clubhouse at 31 Sauk Boulevard is officially complete and construction is wrapping up on the last few buildings.
