COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The search continues for the next Coldwater Area Chamber of Commerce Executive Director.
Nichole Steel is leaving as she begins a new job Monday.
She will be working for golf courses in the Grand Haven and Ludington areas and performing pretty much the same duties she has had as Chamber Director since April 2014.
It’s no secret the Chamber was going through some tough times when Steel took over.
The Chamber re-branded itself and Steel said the Chamber Board provided a great support system.
Steel says the Chamber now puts on about 70 events a year and she feels the future of the Chamber is exciting.
An open house for Steel was held at the Chamber Thursday.
