COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Branch County Commissioner Don Vrablic says he will have to step down sometime this fall as he and wife will be moving into a new home in Coldwater Township which is outside of the district he represents.
He expects the home to be ready sometime in October but an exact date for Vrablic to leave the Board of County Commissioners has not been established yet.
Vrablic’s district covers Algansee, California, Kinderhook, Ovid Townships along with a portion of Quincy Township and the Village of Quincy.
He informed both the Algansee and Quincy Township boards of his plans during their meetings this week.
The retired Michigan State Police trooper has served as a County Commissioner since 2008.
