QUINCY, MI (WTVB) – At its July 16 meeting, the Quincy Village Council approved a resolution that authorized village officials to sign a contract with the Michigan Department of Transportation as a result of the awarding of a $179,500 grant from the MDOT Transportation Economic Development Program.
The grant monies will be used primarily to reconstruct Berry Street, including drainage, curb, and gutter improvements. Main Street will receive a chip seal and fog seal, while Bennett Street will get a chip seal with edge paving.
