COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Despite the heat, outdoor events around the Branch County area are still a go for the Saturday.
The weekly Corner Farmers Market continues from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. in the northwest Four Corners Park in downtown Coldwater.
The annual Arts Alive Art Walk and Vintage Market has moved to a Saturday afternoon format, with a majority of the artwork on South Monroe Street from 3:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m. The event features regional artists, vintage vendors, food trucks along U.S. 12, a beer and wine tent on Monroe Street, a community drum circle, chalk art, crafts in the Kids’ Zone, and “A Chair Affair” auction fundraiser.
This event is organized by Arts Alive in conjunction with the Tibbits Opera Foundation and Arts Council, and with support from the Coldwater Area Chamber of Commerce, the Coldwater Country Conference and Visitors Bureau, and the City of Coldwater.
The 50th Annual Bronson Polish Festival will conclude Saturday. There are a number of sports tournaments in the morning, with the afternoon highlighted by the Polish Festival Parade at 1:00 p.m., a Fire Truck Pull after the parade, a Polka Mass at St. Mary’s Assumption Catholic Church at 4:00 p.m., the Bronson Athletic Boosters Truck Pulls at 6:00 p.m., and Polish Festival Dinner and Polka Dance at St. Mary’s Assumption School gymnasium from 6:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m.
