COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Not only are we waiting for the first Branch County baby of 2020 but also the first baby of the decade.
A spokesperson for ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital says a future mother is in the hospital and she is expected to deliver sometime on Thursday.
It only took two days for Branch County’s first baby of 2019 to arrive, unlike in 2018 when the first baby did not arrive for over a week.
For having the first baby of 2020, the family will receive a gift basket of items that have been donated by local merchants.
