COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Just three new local COVID-19 cases were reported on Sunday by the Branch-Hillsdale-St. Joseph Community Health Agency.
Two of the new cases were reported in Hillsdale County which brought that county’s number of positive tests up to 90. The other new case was in Branch County which now has 36 positive cases. St. Joseph County COVID-19 cases remained at 25.
The Calhoun County Public Health Department reported on Sunday they have had 141 COVID-19 cases with 44 persons going to the hospital.
There could be potentially positive news from the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services. For the third straight day, less than 800 new cases were reported in the state. The Sunday total was 633 new cases with 83 new deaths.
The total amount of confirmed cases in Michigan is now at 31,424 with 2,391 deaths.
