Patricia “Pat” June Miller, 75 of Coldwater passed
away peacefully Friday, May 22, 2020 at her home.
In following her wishes, cremation has taken place and
the family will have private services at a later date.
The family was cared for
by Dutcher Funeral Home.
Patricia was born June 25, 1944 to Clarence and Vivian
(Hopfe) Noblit in Ann Arbor.
She was a high school graduate and attended KCC
for various college courses. Patricia married Billy Dean Miller and he preceded
her in death in 2003.
She was a hardworking woman, spending many years at
Abbott in various capacities. Patricia retired in 2009 to spend more time with
her family.
Pat was a woman of faith and attended the The Church
of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints until her health prevented her from
attending. She spent much of her younger life in Allen, MI and then moved to
West Virginia before returning to Sherwood and Coldwater as an adult.
Patricia
was an avid gardener and raised animals on the family farm. She enjoyed
spending time going fishing and mushroom hunting. Overall, she liked being
outdoors with nature. Pat was a big fan of going to bingo with Teresa York.
She
will be remembered for her loving and generous spirit as well as being an
awesome grandma.
Mrs. Miller is survived by her children Billy
(Brianna) Miller, Katrina (Chris) Hultgren, and Dondra (Chad) Davis; her sister
Peggy Vernon; her sister-in-law Sarah Noblit; her grandchildren Elizabeth
Netcher, Justin Pierce, Christina Pierce, Perry Hanson, and Ken (Mandy)
Easterday; her great grandchildren Brett (Allie) Ake and Nicholas Ake; her
great, great grand-daughters Sophia and Braelynn Ake; her dog “Itz-Bitz”; and
several nieces & nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her
husband Bill; her brothers Clarence (Mary) Noblit, Jack (Sarah) Noblit, Joe
Noblit, and Robert (Sally, who was a wonderful friend as well as her
sister-in-law) Noblit.
