COLON, MI (WTVB) – A Michigan Department of Transportation resurfacing project involving M-66 and M-86 near Colon was scheduled to get underway on Tuesday.
MDOT will be resurfacing over 10 miles of road with the project completion date scheduled for September 19th.
The $1-point-2 million project will cover M-66 from M-86 to M-60 and M-86 from M-66 to Colon.
The work will include milling and resurfacing, chip sealing, fog sealing and pavement markings.
Drivers are asked to be aware of single lane closures with traffic regulators.
