COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Applications are now being accepted for future residents at the Lofts at Milnes Plaza.
Property Manager Kimberly Van Horn says the estimated move date is in October.

The Lofts at Milnes Plaza will have an assortment of one, two and three bedroom apartments.
The amount of rent residents will pay depends on their income.
Construction on the 50 unit four story building on North Hanchett Street in downtown Coldwater started just over a year ago.
Work was stopped in March because of the COVID-19 pandemic but workers were back on the job in May when restrictions were eased by the state.
It’s been almost three years since the site plan was unveiled by Spire Development of Columbus, Ohio.
