COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The City of Coldwater will start accepting bids for the construction of a locker room facility in the lower level of the Public Safety Building next Monday, August 24.
Bids will be accepted until 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 4. Those interested in submitting a bid may obtain the project’s specifications beginning next Monday by calling Facility Manager Bob Granger at (517) 279-6910.
Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend a pre-bid site-visit, which will be held at the Public Safety Building at 10:00 a.m. next Tuesday, August 25.
Bidders will be able to become acquainted with the site conditions and specifications at that time.
They will also be encouraged to ask any questions they may have concerning the project.
