COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Board of Public Utilitiesis has announced the promotion of Jon Foley to Water Resources Recovery Facility Manager.
Foley’s new role will include overseeing the entire operations of the treatment plant. His other duties entail administering the industrial pretreatment program and compliance of water discharge permits for EGLE (the State of Michigan’s Department of Environment, Great Lakes & Energy).
Foley began his career with the CBPU in 1995 as a Wastewater Trainee, and further advanced to the position of Lead Wastewater Operator. He obtained his Class D, C and B certified municipal wastewater operator certifications with the State of Michigan.
