ALLEN PARK, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Detroit Lions lined up outside of their Allen Park Facility instead of on the field Tuesday to speak out following the shooting of Jacob Blake in Wisconsin.
Blake was shot in the back seven times by police Sunday.
Safety Duron Harmon said the team has a platform they are able to use not only to raise awareness, but to create change.
Head coach Matt Patrica said he was proud of his players for speaking up and for leading.
