COLON, MI (WTVB) – The Bronson boys cross country team took the first four positions last Saturday at the Magi Invitational while the Bronson girls were second.
The Vikings won the boys meet with 16 points while Union City finished third.
Bronson’s Luis Ortiz won the race in a time of 18:07.3. He was followed by teammates Reagan Mayer, Ashton Wells and Aden Hathaway. Maddox Miller was the top finisher for Union City as he was 14th.
Battle Creek St. Philip won the girls meet with 24 points followed by Bronson with 45 points.
Bronson’s Grace Welch was second followed by teammate Sidney Swick who was third.
Union City did not have enough runners for a team score. The Chargers top finisher was Amelia June who was 22nd.
