COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – There is still money available for eligible businesses in Coldwater, Bronson and Quincy which have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Branch County Economic Growth Alliance has allocated $50,000 of funding to help businesses emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic with strength.
Franchises, box stores, and businesses with more than 50 employees are ineligible.
Lisa Miller from the Branch County Economic Growth Alliance told the Alliance Board this week about the businesses who have applied for the rebates.
Quincy applications have been received from Woodbridge Enterprises, Family Dental Home, Southern Michigan Gymnastics and Patti’s Apparel and Bridal Shop.
Applications from Bronson were submitted by Barone Hardware and the Hathaway Insurance Agency.
Coldwater applications were submitted by Bobilya Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Coldwater Family Dentistry, the Tibbits Opera House, the First Baptist Church, Studio Lafemme and Branch County Pride
The Board approved all of the requests.
