COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Coldwater tied for fourth with Harper Creek on Friday in the Cardinals annual girls golf invitational at Coldwater Golf Course.
Coldwater’s Taylor Musselman was the medalist as she won a two hole sudden death playoff with Lauren Reed of Harper Creek after both had rounds of 81 on the chilly and windy day.
It was the second time in a week Musselman and Reed tied for medalist honors. Reed won in a playoff at the Marshall Red Hawk Invitational last week.
Anissa Stevens had a 96 for Coldwater while Alexis Musselman had a 109, Ashley Drzewicki fired a 111 and Katie Kimble shot a 119.
The St. Joseph Blue team won the meet with a team score of 370. Kalamazoo Hackett was second at 377. Sturgis finished third with a 388. Coldwater and Harper Creek tied for fourth at 397.
