COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The City of Coldwater’s Dr. Browne Recreation Center reopened on a limited basis with COVID-19 protocols in place on Thursday.
The building is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. and Mondays and Wednesdays between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m..
Masks must be worn at all times and there will be no exceptions.
City employee Dylan Strehle says in a video posted on the city’s Facebook page that visitors will be screened and temperatures checked when they come in and leave.
As for other COVID-19 protocols, there will be no access to the locker rooms; however, bathrooms will be available. No more than ten people will be allowed on a court at one time. No spectators will be allowed in the Center at this time. There will be no access to drinking fountains.
