COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Marshall defeated Coldwater 97 1/2 to 88 1/2 on Thursday night in a back and forth battle at the Doctor Browne Aquatic Center.
Coldwater’s Jillian McKinley picked up another M.H.S.A.A. state qualifying time in the 100 Freestyle bring her state cut total to three.
The Cardinals picked up five individual wins by Mckinley in the 200 Individual Medley and 100 Butterfly, Masyn Marsh in the 100 Freestyle, Randi Dudek in the 50 Freestyle and Leah Goodwin in the One Meter Diving.
McKinley, Marsh, Mia Rzepka and Dudek teamed up to win the 400 Freestyle Relay for the Cardinals.
Coldwater gets back into SMAC conference action next Thursday against Bridgman and St Joseph at Bridgman High School.
