KINDERHOOK TOWNSHIP, MI (WTVB) – Special Land Use Permit requests for a proposed Dollar General store and a proposed winery and restaurant are on the agenda for the October 22 Kinderhook Township Planning Commission meeting.
There are plans for a Dollar General retail store to be built at 395 Iyopawa Road which is between I-69 and South Angola Road. The request for the Special Land Use Permit is scheduled to be considered by the Planning Commission at 6:30 p.m. on the 22nd.
A proposed winery/restaurant would be located at 988 South Angola Road just south of Kope-Kon Road. The request for the Special Land Use Permit is being made by Leisure Lakes, LLC of Pleasant Lake, Indiana. The request will be considered on the 22nd at 7:15 p.m..
Those who attend the meeting are being asked to observe state guidelines regarding masks and social distancing.
