GRAND RAPIDS, MI (WTVB) – A Union City man is looking at a federal prison sentence of at least ten years after he entered a guilty plea to a conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine charge.
According to on line documents out of U.S. District Court, 25-year-old Bryan Scott Macmillan entered the plea on October 8 in front of a magistrate judge to a charge of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
U.S. District Judge Janet Neff accepted the plea agreement last Friday. A sentencing hearing has been scheduled for January 14.
Macmillan was indicted by a federal grand jury and arrested last March following a Southwest Enforcement Team/Michigan State Police investigation into the distribution of meth in Calhoun County over a nearly two year period.
