ANGOLA, IN (WTVB) – A man from Angola, Indiana was arrested Wednesday night on the Indiana Toll Road after the Indiana State Police say a traffic stop led to the discovery of a large amount of suspected marijuana.
State Police say a car was pulled over at the 151 mile marker near Fremont for multiple traffic infractions.
During the course of the traffic stop investigation, the State Trooper who made the stop developed probable cause to search the vehicle which led to the discovery of the marijuana as well as marijuana edibles and drug paraphernalia.
The driver, 22-year-old Austin Alan Gaiski, was arrested taken to the Steuben County Jail where he was booked on several drug related charges. The charges included Dealing Marijuana and Bring in Possession of Marijuana.
