COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Officials from the Branch Intermediate School District and architects from Tower Pinkster continue to go over plans for the future renovation project at the Branch Area Careers Center.
Career and Technical Education Director Randy Sowles told the BISD Board on Wednesday they met for two hours that day as they try to finalize things for the next design phase. He said they plan to meet again on November 13.
Sowles hopes the project will go to bid late this fall but it has been a slow process saying, “we’re meeting a lot but we’re moving slow.”
The project earlier this year had an estimated cost of just under $4.8 million.
