Four departments called to Fisher Road barn fire

ALGANSEE TOWNSHIP, MI (WTVB) – Four fire departments were dispatched to a barn fire at 905 Fisher Road Saturday afternoon.

The fire was reported just after 4:00 p.m.. Quincy firefighters were initially called. They got mutual aide from Coldwater, Lakeland and Fremont, Indiana firefighters.

First reports indicated the barn was fully engulfed in flames when the first crews arrived.

The Branch County Sheriff’s Department assisted with traffic control.

Fremont firefighters were later sent to assist with a reported injury traffic crash at about 5:00 p.m. at East Copeland and South Fremont Roads.
