COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Now that the City of Coldwater is accepting license applications for Recreational Marijuana Establishments, a public hearing on the first application which is requesting a Special Land Use Permit is scheduled to take place during Monday’s Coldwater Planning Commission meeting.
Revolution Strains, Incorporated wants to operate an adult use recreational marijuana retail establishment at 734 East Chicago which is in the southeast part of the U.S. 12 and I-69 intersection.
A Special Land Use Permit is needed because the business would be located in an area that is zoned C-4 General Business District.
The Planning Commission normally meets on the first Monday of the month but the November meeting was pushed back two weeks because of the General Election.
