COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The latest statistical breakdown of over 2,100 COVID-19 cases in Branch County show a nearly even split between men and women.
In it’s weekly report on Wednesday, the Branch-Hillsdale-St. Joseph Community Health Agency says 1,093 men and 1,049 women have tested positive for the virus.
The most affected age group has been 25-39 year olds with 540 cases followed by 40 to 49 year olds with 354 cases and 50 to 59 year olds with 320 cases.
Of the 2,182 positive cases since the pandemic was declared last March, 1,382 have been reported in the Coldwater zip code followed by 278 in the Bronson zip code and 213 in Quincy zip code.
