QUINCY, MI (WTVB) – The Quincy Community School Board of Education will be asked on Monday night to accept the resignation of Joey Wright as the high school principal.
Wright said in his resignation letter dated on January 5 that he has chosen to take a different career path in the field of education and that his last day will be the final day of the semester this Friday.
Wright has been the Quincy High School principal for two-and-a-half years. He says he was pleased with the work that they have accomplished.
The board is scheduled to select their officers for the upcoming year on Monday during their organizational meeting.
