ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, MI (WTVB) – Two suspects are in custody after the St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Department stopped a vehicle for speeding late Monday night and a large amount of drugs were discovered.
St. Joseph County Sheriff Mark Lillywhite says the vehicle was stopped at about 11:45 p.m. and that the occupants were found to be in possession of 65 grams of suspected Methamphetamine.
Deputies also found 7.4 grams of suspected Cocaine and 6.3 grams of suspected Heroin.
A news release from the Sheriff’s Department did not indicate where the traffic stop took place.
A 46-year-old Three Rivers man and a 22-year-old man from Constantine were taken into custody for possession with intent to deliver narcotics.
