COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The body of a dead man was found just before noon on Monday behind a downtown Coldwater church.
Coldwater Public Safety Director Joe Scheid says The Coldwater Police and Fire Departments were called at about 11:55 a.m. to a report of an unresponsive man behind St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in the area of 27 East Chicago.
The 58-year-old man was identified as being from Coldwater.
He was found lying in a parking lot.
Scheid reports it was determined the man was deceased and no life saving measures were performed. His name has not been released.
Scheid says no signs of foul play were observed at the scene.
