COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Coldwater City Manager Keith Baker says advertisements have been published and specifications are now available for a number of projects scheduled for this summer.
Baker says the projects include a new water main as well as the widening and repaving of Sauk River Drive from South Michigan Avenue to South Willowbrook Road.
Other scheduled projects include the proposed milling and paving of Western Avenue and State Street from Grand Street west to Bishop Avenue as well as the proposed reconstruction and updating of the northeast and southeast corners of the Four Corners Park downtown.

Other planned construction projects include the repaving of U.S. 12 from Michigan Avenue west to Western Avenue by the Michigan Department of Transportation, the reconstruction of North Monroe from U.S. 12 to Grand Street by the City and the repair of sanitary sewer manholes on U.S. 12 from Butters Avenue to Michigan Avenue by the Coldwater Board of Public Utilities.
