HUDSON, MI (WTVB) – The Quincy bowling teams both defeated Addison on Tuesday at Hudson Lanes.
The Orioles won the boys match as they defeated a shorthanded Addison squad 29-1. Addison only had three bowlers.
Quincy outscored their host by 206 pins in baker action with 186 and 139 games. It was all Orioles for singles with Brandt Neely leading the way with a 421 series (235,186). Brodie Mainstone also shot well hitting the 200 mark in game 1 and 150 in game 2. Dylan Bean (124), Cody Neusbaum (138), Tyler Short (157,143) and Caden Moore (178,179) all scored for the Orioles.
Addison’s only point came from Jenna Asher, bowling in her first high school match and for the boys team, shooting a career high 194 game.
Quincy won the girls match 24-6 and they captured all 10 points in baker play edging out the Addison girls by just 13 pins in total. Singles play saw Carlie McKinley shoot a 184, Maddison Wineland a 138, and Alyssa Milliman a 142 all capturing points for the Lady O’s. Natalee Craig chipped in 70 while Perin Reif added 131. Reif would also shoot a 192 to lead all bowlers in the girls match while capturing the only Quincy point in game 2.
