QUINCY, MI (WTVB) – Kyle Johnson scored 17 points while Terrance Morgan added 10 points as the Union City Chargers defeated the Quincy Orioles 61-35 in the Big 8 Conference opener for both teams.
Caden Marshall and Jayce Goodrich both scored nine points for the Chargers.
Kyler Economou led Quincy with 10 points and 13 rebounds
Union City led the entire game. They were up 25-15 at the half and 40-28 after three quarters before they closed with a 21-7 fourth quarter.
Union City also won the JV game 31-30.
