Three Cardinals named to Interstate 8 Boys Basketball All-Conference Team

COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Three members of the 2021 Coldwater boys basketball team have earned Interstate 8 All-Conference honors.

Named All Conference first team were juniors Ethan Crabtree and Brandon Downs along with senior Spencer Rodesiler.

Other first team members were Pennfield’s Aiden Burns, Luke Davis and Ryne Petersen; Kirby Beck and Evan Eastman of Hastings; Ben Shafer of Harper Creek; Nate Tucker of Marshall; Dawson White of Jackson Northwest and Trey Cottingham of Parma Western.

Coldwater finished with a record of 14-5 and advanced to the Division One regional finals in the M.H.S.A.A. boys basketball tournament. They went 10-3 in the I-8 and finished second, two games behind Pennfield.
