COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A Bronson man who has been charged with four felonies waved his preliminary examination in Branch County District Court on Tuesday as his two cases were bound over to Circuit Court
21-year-old Adrian Ruben Santodomingo has been charged with third degree criminal sexual conduct in connection with an alleged incident with a 14-year-old girl in June of last year.
He is also facing charges of possession of methamphetamine and two counts of assaulting, resisting or obstructing a police officer after he allegedly had to be physically removed by Michigan State Police from a van on April 10 in Bronson.
A Circuit Court arraignment was set for May 17. Bond has been set at $100,000.
